The hotel had modern and comfortable rooms with convenient amenities but felt slightly overpriced. The service was helpful despite minor issues. The location was perfect, offering both advantages and disadvantages. The dining experience was mediocre with some missing items. Overall, the facilities were adequate but nothing exceptional.

My stay at this hotel felt more like staying in an apartment rather than a traditional hotel room. Although it lacked a kitchen, which I believe should be a basic amenity, I had some issues with the room not being ready upon arrival, resulting in a less-than-ideal experience for getting ready for a special event. Despite these setbacks, there were minor inconveniences like a hard-to-open door, but overall, I couldn't find anything majorly negative about this wonderful hotel.

The service was wonderful; they had no problem 'holding' our bags, were very friendly, and helpful. The location was everything we hoped for, walkable to many sights and with useful streetcar lines. The dining experience was also horrible. Overall, a mixed experience with great rooms and service but disappointing dining.
